Use the Market Intelligence Dashboard to gather Share of Voice insights and monitor brand performance over time.

There are three main components of the Dashboard:

  1. BCS Charts: Showcases the Top-5 brands that own coverage for a particular keyword.
  2. Data Table: Showcases the average product rank for each product listing and the performance metrics for all brands that appeared for a particular keyword.
  3. Data Export: Download and save SOV insights to monitor changes in brand performance over long periods of time.

Select an Active Term to Query:

To measure the presence of your brand and your competitor’s brands on the first page of results select an active term and generate your query.

Simply select the platform, search term, and time frame to measure.

Note: Search terms still in the fetching state will not appear in the drop-down selection.


Brand Coverage on Search (BCS) Charts

The BCS charts showcase the performance of the Top-5 Brands that appear on the first page of search results for a particular keyword. This is an easy way to quickly visualize who is dominating the space for your selected search term and if any of your competitors' brands are on the rise. Discover other brands that are appearing on page one within the data table below.

The pie chart shows the overall (total for the selected time frame) percentage of appearances for each brand. Review day over day performance on the line chart. This information is further broken down by paid and organic appearances. Interact with the chart to view trends in performance over the time period.

Note: Paid BCS only includes search results for Amazon Sponsored Products ads.


Data Table: Average Product Rank and BCS Metrics

Review the data table to learn how each brand's products are ranking on the first page of results for a particular keyword. The table shows the percent of appearances for each listing along with the total, organic, and paid search ranking.

Sort the columns to gain visibility on the organic and paid search ranking for your products relative to your competitors.

Navigate to the Brand Coverage on Search tab to review the performance metrics for all of the brands that appeared on the first page of search results, in addition to the Top-5 Brands.


Data Export

To measure the performance of your brand and monitor changes in product positioning over long periods of time download your market insights using the export button.

Data for BCS and Average Product Rank will be exported as 2 CSV files honoring the parameters stated in the search query. Downloading your data will enable you to complete further analysis outside of Flywheel, store historical data, and run time series analysis.
